So much more than a bar, Cruise Bar offers three stunning levels including Melba’s on the rooftop, and Cruise Bar & Restaurant across the lower two with breath-taking views over Circular Quay and the Sydney Opera House.

HOSTS – What you'll be doing:

• Greeting every guest like a VIP

• Managing the booking system and walk-ins smoothly

• Running the door during peak times with confidence

• Coordinating with the floor team to manage the flow

• Keeping a polished, positive presence throughout your shift

SECTION WAITERS – What you'll be doing:

• Owning your section and delivering sharp, friendly service

• Building rapport with guests and anticipating their needs

• Upselling confidently and knowing your menu inside-out

• Working closely with the bar, kitchen, and floor teams

• Staying calm and efficient under pressure

About You:

• Ability to work a seven-day rotating roster

• Excellent oral communication skills required

• High attention to detail

• Ability to deliver extraordinary guest services

• Able to handle multiple guests at one time

• 1-year experience preferred

• Positive work ethic

• Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol required and comply with RSA regulations
